PlumbSoft is an APP created specifically for Plumbers to allow them to be able to efficiently and quickly perform all their administrative duties including receiving payment for their work before leaving their Job Site.

The PlumbSoft APP allows you to not only schedule and manage your jobs, but it is the first of its kind to generate industry standard inspection reports (including camera inspection jobs) and invoices in real time and directly from the site.

The VISION that we used to develop this APP, is that we want every Plumber to be able to generate and send all reports and invoices to their customers prior to leaving the job site, as well as receive full payments for their work. In other words, we want you to leave the site with no administration duties outstanding.

The PlumbSoft APP has 5 easy steps to create, manage and finalize a job including generating and sending reports / invoices and collecting payment. Furthermore, you are able to attach all forms of media (image, video and audio files) to your reports as well as collect payment in four different ways (Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque).

To this effect we have partnered with Ezidebit - the industry’s leading credit card gateway system. PlumbSoft and Ezidebit will automatically and free of charge create an account for you, so that you are able to use the credit card payment facility in the PlumbSoft APP.

PlumbSoft also has detailed web enabled financial reporting that includes a list of all your invoices, GST amounts, material costs etc.
